The Role

VP, Debt Syndicate/DCM, Financial Products

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage a bond syndication team to provide bond syndication service to clients;
• Make recommendation for issuance structure including size, number of tranches and tenor;
• Report market condition to issuer and make recommendation for issuance timing and pricing;
• Work closely with internal fixed income sales team for meeting and gathering feedback from investors;
• Work closely with internal DCM team on transaction pitching and execution;
• Work closely with other banks’ syndication desk on transaction which involves multiple banks.

Skills & Experience

• University graduate or higher, in finance, economics, accounting, laws preferred
• At least 6 years of relevant fixed income syndication experience.
• Good ability in written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Pleasant and presentable
• Good skills in Work, Excel and Powerpoint
