• Goal of the position: drive business development of Chinese accounts present in Hungary

• Place of work: Budapest, Hungary, but in the first months it could be China in order to establish the relationship on headquarter level with the Chinese companies in scope.

Position would require travelling to China a few times per year.

• Reports to: Sales Director, DSV A&S Hungary

• Profile:
  • Fluent Chines language knowledge (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of Sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably at DSV, but could be also external candidate
  • Additional operational experience is a plus
  • Strong commercial focus with ability to sell complex solutions (many of the target customers are newly estabished sites in HU, requiring a broad set
  • Open to work in a foreign, European environment
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation
  
  

• Main tasks:
  • Establish a strong network within DSV: with key operational and commercial contacts in Hungary and also in China
  • Establish relationship with the Chinese accounts both in Hungary and China
  • Build a solid pipeline with these accounts: air, sea, customs, road or even warehousing
  • Work out and present solutions to potential customers
  • Support pricing/RFQ processes
  • Document all activities in MS Dynamics
  • Implement new businesses,
  • Act as account manager for customers with new businesses
