Customer Service Team Leader

What key tasks will you manage?
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support the customer service team, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
  • Operational Management: Organize and conduct weekly meetings with the CS team for updates; provide weekly reports to the Managing Director (MD).
  • Process Oversight: Approve quotations, order confirmations, and delivery notes; initiate e-approvals in alignment with MD and handle back-office tasks when required.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with the company controller and support HR-related tasks as delegated by the MD.
  • Hands-on Involvement: Actively participate in customer service activities, dedicating 50% of your time to direct operational involvement.


What you should bring with you?

  • Experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership and customer service within a related sector. A people centric leadership is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead by example, with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is preferred.
  • Additional Language Skills: Knowledge of Slovakian, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, Greek, or Hebrew is an advantage.
