English Speaking Billing Solutions Specialist (FTP)

Join our dynamic Team as a Billing Specialist at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest!
Are you a talented English speaker with a passion for administrative tasks? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Specialist to join our Billing team. If you're ready to take on new challenges, contribute to a positive work environment, and make an impact, read further, and get to know us!


What you’ll do:
  • Awarding miles and points to Avis Budget Group’s Partnership accounts.
  • Handle queries regarding Frequent Traveller Points from partners and customers.
  • Complete all relevant administration associated with resolving the cases on a day-to-day basis on agreed SLA, to maintain accurate records of all complaints and ensure they are effectively resolved.
  • Cooperating with departments in the BSC.
  • Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea sharing within the team.


You should apply if you bring:
  • Advanced English proficiency (used in writing).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written communication skills in a B2B environment.
  • Ideally, 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivables or Customer Loyalty related r ole, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
