Position Overview:
As the Head of Development at Nucs AI, you will lead the technical development of our key products, including AI-powered applications that are transforming prostate cancer care. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of clinical integration, usability, and security. Working closely with our leadership team, you will drive innovation and play a critical role in shaping the future of prostate cancer management. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare integration, product development, and technical leadership, particularly within the Med Tech sector.


Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Integration and Product Development:
• Proven experience in integrating with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and handling healthcare data.
• Strong focus on product development with a deep understanding of how distributed applications are architected and built.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading the development of 3D web applications tailored for the healthcare industry.
• Skilled in strategic planning and directing product development efforts, ensuring alignment with clinical integration needs.
• Experience in maintaining and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on Google Cloud.
• Proficient in orchestrating containers and managing scalable deployments using Kubernetes.
• Extensive experience with Docker for containerization and managing development environments.
• Clinical Integration and Technical Leadership:
• Deep understanding of the challenges and requirements of integrating healthcare applications into clinical workflows.
• Ability to lead teams in the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure 3D web applications.
• Strong background in creating and maintaining technical documentation, with a focus on product development and clinical integration processes.
• Capable of driving innovation in the development process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of usability and clinical relevance.
• Previous experience in engaging with PACS vendors.
• Security and Compliance:
• While the focus is on product and clinical integration, a foundational understanding of healthcare security principles is essential to ensure the security of applications and data.
• Ability to ensure that product development aligns with security best practices and supports clinical data integrity.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product development and clinical integration within the healthcare sector, with a focus on Med Tech applications. 5+ years of experience would be a huge plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in developing distributed applications, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and leading teams in the creation of 3D web applications.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the challenges of integrating healthcare applications into clinical settings.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of guiding development teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and other relevant technologies.
