About the Role


As Creative Manager, you'll lead asset creation for store and mobile marketing campaigns, promoting top-grossing mobile games. Join an innovative, vibrant environment, collaborating with talented professionals to deliver exceptional creatives.


Main Responsibilities


Your responsibilities will include: creating compelling game promotional assets whilst adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a consistently high production quality. You will also engage with external game developer partners, obtaining approvals for promotional assets whilst deepening your understanding of our games and their in-store promotions. Comprehensive training in the Flexion toolset and mentoring from industry-recognized colleagues will be provided.


As you advance in the role, you will take on independent tasks such as:

• Collaborating with our content marketing calendar to drive engagement and promotional opportunities
• Analyzing promotion effectiveness to provide key feedback
• Optimizing store fronts to enhance game portfolio presentation
• Staying abreast of industry trends to keep up with the latest trends
• Achieving marketing KPIs to meet and exceed targets
• Contributing to UA asset needs by supporting paid marketing efforts

About You


We are looking for a talented individual with:

• Minimum of two years of graphic design experience
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva
  
• Strong design, typography, and composition skills
• Ability to maintain brand consistency
• Proactive in staying ahead of industry trends
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Genuine passion for mobile apps and games
