• Prepare monthly financial & operational dashboards and reports.
• Liaise with departmental management about the planning and forecast, as well as the analysis of monthly results compared to budget and advise them on potential cost improvement actions.
• Play a key role in the yearly budget and monthly forecast process.
• Act as a trustworthy business partner towards all Service, Compliance & Environmental departments.
• Prepare and coordinate the monthly review meetings with management to explain the financial numbers.
• Perform financial analyses to support management decision-making.
• Contribute to projects based on your financial expertise.

• First work experience in a relevant field (e.g., controlling, finance, analysis)
• Analytical background (e.g., business, economics, accounting, maths education) and affinity for number crunching and data analysis.
• Ability to focus on detail, get to the bottom of issues you are investigating and summarize complex data sets into management summaries (trends, patterns, cost impact).
• Confidence to present and logically explain your findings and results in business meetings and to the management.
• Willingness to operate in a multi-cultural environment which is in constant change. What is done today might have lost relevancy tomorrow. You re-invent yourself while you help re-inventing the way we conduct business day by day.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset.
