Current Opportunities: We are actively recruiting for VAT Compliance Trainee and Data Processing Trainee roles.

VAT Compliance Trainee

• Analyzing VAT data of entities to prepare indirect tax reports for our multinational clients.
• Supporting experienced colleagues and the management team to achieve clients’ expectations.
• Participating in our automation projects and contributing to the success of the team.
• Participating in internal trainings and learning all about VAT to provide a great client experience.

Data Processing Trainee

• Supervising client data processing (extracted from SAP, Oracle, Navision, or other ERP systems).
• Adjusting data formats and arranging for auto-population of missing information.
• Converting and reconciling clients’ tax data using designated software.
• Cooperating with our internal program developer team, engagement coordinators, and tax technical teams on a daily basis.
• Being responsible for IT issue remedy processes using KPMG tools applied during the VAT compliance procedure.

Eligibility requirements:

• Active student status in Hungary (ongoing university studies)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong teamwork skills
• Confidence in handling data and numeracy tasks
• Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
• Willingness to advance Excel skills through training
• Ambition to succeed and develop as a professional
