We are looking for a Product Availability Coordinator to join our international team in Hungary!

As a Product Availability Coordinator, you will be a part of dynamic team managing overall stock levels within our main third-party logistic partners, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled. This includes managing physical stock levels in different formats, conversion operations and various packaging elements in our warehouses.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Provides best customer service & experience by running an efficient supply chain in Hungarian market
• Ensures adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
• Actively manage inventory reporting
• Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
• Closely collaborate with Sales & Forecasting, Customer Service and Demand Planning tea

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Demand Planning, including experience in inventory management or materials planning roles (1-3 years)
• FMCG experience is preferred
• First Project Management experience
• Planning systems functional knowledge (Excel and MS Office as a must, Rapid Response & SAP is nice to have)
• High level of communication skills and customer service to build relationships and solve problems
• Strong ownership and stand-alone attitude
• Motivation to learn, develop your skills and grow with the company
• English on professional communicative level (min. B2-C1) and Hungarian native
