What you´ll do:

• Ensure invoicing is in line with the key customers’ contractual billing terms.
  
• Resolve invoicing errors and rebill the customer in case necessary.
  
• Prepare special format billing files for Key Customers.
  
• Validate that billing is in accordance with local compliance requirements.
  
• Find root causes of invoicing problems and focus on their timely solution.
  
• Process customer queries & refunds.
  
• Monitor the query mailbox, resolve requests & respond to internal stakeholders.
  
• Assist the team of specialists in daily operational tasks.
  
• Take the lead in the new joiner trainings.
  
  

You should apply if you bring:

• Confident English language knowledge.
  
• German language knowledge is a plus.
  
• At least 1 year experience in the Billing Solutions department of the BSC (in case you are an internal candidate).
  
• University or college degree is preferred, but not required.
  
• Excellent communication skills & ability to work in a team.
  
• A proactive and a can-do attitude.
  
• Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership of tasks.
  
• Logical thinking as well as analytical skills.
  
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
