Service Technician & Logistics Coordinator
The position is within the Service & Logistics Department and aims to handle orders to suppliers, organize deliveries to clients, coordinate installation and service teams, commission and provide technical support and maintenance for the fitness equipment in the company’s portfolio.
Ideal candidate
Requirements:

• Studies in the field of electromechanics;
• Knowledge of electromechanics;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Orientation towards quality, clients, and results;
• Perseverance, correctness, involvement;
• Dynamism, flexibility, adaptability, self-learning;
• Hungarian - native, English - at least conversational
• Category B driving license;
• Availability for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Placing orders to suppliers;
• Organizing deliveries to clients;
• Coordinating installation and service teams;
• Performing service activities: commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repair at clients’ premises for the fitness equipment in the company’s product portfolio;
• Providing technical support to clients/users of the equipment;
• Prompt responds to client requests;
• Providing training at clients’ premises for the personnel using the equipment regarding their operation;
• Involvement in increasing customer satisfaction levels;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with decision-makers in fitness clubs, sports clubs, hotels, guesthouses, hospitals, and clinics;
• Responsible for developing relationships between clients and the company;
• Regularly visiting clients in the assigned area, respecting the visit schedule (daily/weekly/monthly) on established routes;
• Monitoring orders and commercial contracts concluded with clients to ensure timely order fulfillment;
• Daily reporting of activities to the superior.
