• In operations your main role will be to overlook the tasks from the GSC Bangalore Supply Chain Team in your countries, providing feedback to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Ensure the correctness of logistic processes, updates of documentation and certificates required by law and audit management
• Take charge of product orders and communication with the Production sites, ensure correct planning of supply and demand imbalances as well as be responsible for planning delivery timetables and overseeing arrival of shipments.
• To perform contract management, cost/rebate management and controlling, manage inventory levels, perform and oversee warehouse counts, scrapping, sample management.
• Responsible for alignment and ensure correct approach to distribution projects, donation management, emergency orders, product withdrawals from distribution chain and customer complaints.

• University or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Business Studies;
• Understanding of End to End Supply Chain, specifically demand and order to cash processes.
• SAP Knowledge
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
• Communication skills;
