NI is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join the Sales, Marketing and Indirect Channel portfolio within IT department. The Systems Analyst is responsible for driving collaboration between the product team and stakeholders, business partners. The Systems Analyst will work in an Agile Development team. This team is a hungary based team but working with business partners across various sites and time zones.
The ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset who can quickly acquire new technologies, business processes. The candidate will posses strong competencies in building stakeholder trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, decision making and prioritization.

• Drives collaboration with stakeholders to capture business requirements
• Collaborates with Product Owner and team to set priorities and refines product backlog
• Translates business needs/requirements for developers by creating user stories in Azure Dev Ops
• Proactively analyze complex business processes and identifies systems gaps, if needed
• Manages project timelines and delivers regular status updates
• Communicates effectively within scrum team and with business partners
• Planning and managing business analysis activities throughout a project's lifecycle
• Implement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology area
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within business/systems analyst area
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Has the ability to work effectively in multinational team environment
• Strong analytical skills for effective collaboration

• Salesforce solution experience
• Mulesoft, Amazon S3, Oracle experience
• Service Now experience
