- Management of projects and tasks related to the Bank’s business area, which deals with the development and improvement of technical solutions as part of the agile transformation project
- Cooperation with different organizational units in order to understand the existing procedures and practices in the Bank and identify opportunities for their improvement.
- Designing advanced technical solutions in order to optimize existing processes
- Ensuring the quality of implementation of proposed solutions
- Organization and management of educational activities in his domain
- Examining best practices related to software development and technical project management, with the aim of continuous improvement of procedures and practices in the Bank.
- Management of the budget provided for the improvement of technical solutions
- Carrying out all tasks within the competence of the Department, both regular and extraordinary, in accordance with the assessment of the direct superior and in accordance with the needs of the Bank.
