Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated trainee to support our Central Trade Compliance Team in ensuring data quality and customs compliance on a global scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in trade, customs, and data analytics. The role involves working on customs-related data collection, reporting, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain customs-related trackers, tools, and workflows
• Assist with customs data collection and clean-up for compliance reporting
• Support document collection for external and internal audits
• Assist in gathering and tracking supplier declarations
• Collect export and import reports from SAP

Requirements:

• Full-time student status within Hungary
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work 20-24 hours/week for at least 1 year
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and international studies is an advantage
