Application Engineer

Position: Application Engineer
Experience Required: 5+ years only in cutting tool industry
Location: Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad
Preferred Location for Candidates: Pune Only

Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical assistance and application guidance to customers regarding cutting tools.

Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance product performance and application efficiency.

Conduct demonstrations and presentations of cutting tools and their applications.

Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.

Address technical issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.

Gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify trends and opportunities for product improvements.

Prepare technical documentation, including application reports, case studies, and product specifications.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or application engineering role, preferably with cutting tools or manufacturing equipment.

Working Conditions:

Travel is required or open to travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Application development: 5 years (Preferred)
cutting tool industry: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
