Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must with 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD) and advanced modeling software (e.g., Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, 3ds Max).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Handle pressure situations effectively and make well-informed decisions quickly.
- Experience with sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for the project.
- Develop concept sketches, 2D/3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technically can lead a project.
- Fully conversant with statutory compliance, including all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns.
- Coordinate with structural drawings independently, ensuring all designs are cohesive and structurally sound.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
