Role Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients. Your focus will be on addressing customer queries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
* Handle all customer inquiries with prompt and professional responses, ensuring complete satisfaction.
* Be the voice of the customer, resolving concerns and providing timely updates on their storage or relocation needs.
2. Logistics Coordination:
* Track pickups and drop-offs, coordinating with internal logistics teams to guarantee timely service.
* Ensure smooth communication between customers and logistics teams, keeping customers informed of progress.
3. NPS (Net Promoter Score) Tracking:
* Actively track and gather feedback on customer satisfaction.
* Ensure customers’ feedback is documented and addressed to enhance service quality
4. Customer Engagement:
* Serve as the primary touchpoint for customers throughout their storage journey—from the initial pickup to the final delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
5. Customer Follow-up:
* Conduct follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with the service and gather feedback for improvements.
* Encourage positive reviews and referrals by providing exceptional customer service at every step.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
* Familiarity with logistics or storage services is a plus but not mandatory.
* Ability to multitask and handle queries professionally and efficiently.
