Position: Design Engineer
Vacancy: 1 No.
Job Profile:
1. Knowledge of various standards & Codes ASME, PED, API, TEMA , Material Standards etc.
2. Proficiency in dealing with software such as PV Elite, Solid works, Auto Cad etc.
3. Experience of Job with Preparation of GA Drawing, P & ID, Detail drawings & BOM.
4. Preparation of TDC of Coded material.
5. Designing and Development of pressure Vessels / Reactor and agitators as per specific design code & regulation.
6. Vessels / Reactor and agitator design calculation.
7. Executing / Presenting Drawings & Calculation to authorized Inspector for U stamp vessels.
8. Experience with handling of U stamp Audit would be added an advantage.
9. Executing technical support studies and providing engineering support to purchase, production & quality team as requested.
10. Perform Basic engineering calculation.
11. Released drawing to other dept. and Distribution of Drawings.
12. Knowledge of Ansys, Structure Design would be added an advantage.
13. Should be able to make BOM in ERP system. (Management will give training for the same
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech with 5+ years of experience in relevant Field
