Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for international market growth.

• Identify and engage potential international clients, distributors, and partners.

• Create and implement regional and segment-specific sales plans and targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with key international customers and partners.

• Monitor and report on international sales performance, market trends, and competitors.

• Oversee export processes, including documentation, logistics, and compliance.

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for timely delivery.

• Ensure export activities comply with international trade regulations and controls.

• Resolve issues related to export operations, such as shipment delays and documentation errors.

• Develop long-term plans for achieving international sales and export goals.

• Manage and mentor the international sales and export team.

• Conduct research on international market trends and customer needs.

• Provide updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• To work out an overseas/ international machine tool exhibitions, related to industry.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in international sales and export management, preferably in the cutting tools or manufacturing industry.

Working Conditions:

• Travel is required or open to travel.
