Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth.

• Manage and mentor the sales team.

• Lead and support the sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Oversee sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and develop strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Manage the sales budget effectively.

• Experience in handling turnkey projects.

• Expert to have long term relationship bond with company to enhance company growth as well candidate growth.

• Conduct demonstrations and presentations of cutting tools and their applications.

• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 12+ years of sales management experience in cutting tools or depend on overall experience or team handling experience related sector; 3-5 years in leadership.

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Working Conditions:

• Travel is required or open to travel.
