Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth.
- Manage and mentor the sales team.
- Lead and support the sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and develop strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage the sales budget effectively.
- Experience in handling turnkey projects.
- Expert to have long term relationship bond with company to enhance company growth as well candidate growth.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations of cutting tools and their applications.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of sales management experience in cutting tools or depend on overall experience or team handling experience related sector; 3-5 years in leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Travel is required or open to travel.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- total work: 10 years (Preferred)
- 75% (Preferred)
