Job Description
The Infrastructure Sr. Consultant I is responsible for infrastructure design, selection and implementation by leading incident support and resolution efforts. The Infrastructure Sr. Consultant I helps on tasks related to automated monitoring and alerting solutions, metrics creation and reporting, applications integration and problem management. The role helps manage, prioritize, and respond to inquiries by helpdesk, specialists and others, as well as maintains governance documentation, implements major configuration changes, and supports infrastructure-related communications and training.
