Who we are Looking for:
A Manager who will help lead our team in their efforts to enhance our datasets and ameliorate our AI model ! Take part in damage segmentation, part detection.

What you will do:

• Be the lead of the labeling team, support to our AI model in multiple use case : Hit L, model training
• Manage team and resources to achieve goals within deadlines
• Share best practices on methodologies and tools
• Find ways of increasing quality and speed
• Master the guidelines
• Summarize operations and feedbacks for clear reporting weekly and monthly raise alerts if there are inconsistencies in pre-made labels
• Be pragmatic in case of incident in order not to disturb production or quality, find work arounds
• Ensure constant quality and speed

What you will need:

• Computing skills (ease with keyboard, shortcuts, navigation between screens) Past experience in car after-sales is a huge plus
• Past labeling experiences is huge plus
• Data analytics
• Great communication skills : right level of information depending on interlocutor
