Mechanical Design Engineer - Lighting

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Solid Works design software. Experience in designing lighting products is highly preferred. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering ample opportunities for learning and growth as you bring new and innovative lighting products to life.
Key Responsibilities: -

Design and develop lighting products from conception to outcome.
Collaborate with our manufacturing units and vendors to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using Solid Works. Proficiency in Solid Works is a must.
Conduct product testing and iterations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into product designs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing lighting products. If the lighting product design is new, a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing other products is required.
Proficiency in Solid Works or equivalent design software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively. Fluency in English is a must.
