Very proficient in spoken English (will need to talk with US locals in English only)
Very proficient with MS office (specially power point and excel)
Timings: 8 pm to 5 am (5 days a week working- night shift - remote working)
Personal laptop and good internet speed
Responsibilities:

• Preparing details for Electric Vehicle Charger permits by co ordinating with Electricity companies of US.
• Managing an administrating with team for city permits and Inspection Scheduling
• Liaison to internal departments
• Excellent with computers and various software.
• Ensure proper, timely, and ongoing follow-up on assigned cases to ensure service level agreements are met and customer satisfaction is exceeded
• Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize projects and duties
• Great written and spoken English.
• Outstanding service orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
