ob Description: Senior Lead/ Executive Lead- Government Relations Location: New Delhi, India About the Job:Roles & Responsibilities: Government Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, regulators,and industry associations to advocate for the company's interests. Representation: Represent the company in relevant industry forums, conferences, and working groups topromote our positions and build strategic alliances. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive public policy and government affairsstrategy to support the company’s objectives and growth plans. Policy Monitoring: Monitor and analyze government policies, legislation, regulations, and industry trendsimpacting the aerospace sector in India. Technical Communication: Leverage your engineering background to understand and communicate thecompany’s technological capabilities to stakeholders effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders in government and semi-governmentorganizations to explore potential collaborations.Relevant Work Experience and Expertise Experience: Proven track record of 15+ years in public policy, government affairs, or a related field,preferably within the aerospace or high-tech sectors. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape, policy-making processes,and government relations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability toarticulate complex technical issues clearly to diverse audiences. Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships withgovernment officials, regulators, industry associations, and other stakeholders.Education & Skills Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Aerospace, Defence, Mechanical, orrelated fields) to effectively understand and communicate technical aspects with the stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication Excellent stakeholder relationship management capabilities with the ability to document and communicateplans and timelines effectively
