Job Description:

• Monitoring Day to Day sites work progress, site work planning , material requirement and
• contractors manpower etc through site Engineers.
• Co ordination for process and billable materials procurement and delivery for various sites.
• Periodical inspection of Site activities or as per requirement for review of work progress, issues, work clearance related to client coordination.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors , design team , consultants, PMC’s for smooth running of site.
• Communicate with Project Manger for site related issues, site requirements, contractors manpower.
• Provide Weekly and monthly projects status report to management.
• Co ordination for Billing with billing department and submission at site.
• Payment follows up.
• Checking of Site stock , material entry at site , Material challan submission at site , Site Engineers weekly report , Site Engineers Conveyance and Expanses vouchers.

1. Location: Candidates from Ahmedabad Preferred
2. Mobility: Willingness to commute between various project sites throughout Gujarat.
3. Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 3 year of experience in a relevant role, preferably in Mechanical engineering and Fire Fighting. (Freshers can also apply)
4. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and Superiors.
5. Problem-solving Skills: Capacity to troubleshoot and find solutions to on-site challenges.
6. Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
7. Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
8. Health and Safety: Awareness and adherence to health and safety regulations on construction sites.
9. Teamwork: Capability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
