Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will lead by example, motivating and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Store procedures, strategies, and schedules to ensure efficient operations. Manage control and ensure security of all stock, space management and utilization stock
• Manage store appearance, maintenance, and organization
• Stock Daily / Weekly / Monthly, deleting defective items from inventory and sharing with team.
• Ensure timely Receipt and inspection of incoming materials as per schedules, control and disposal of slow moving and obsolete stock, control on scrap, storage, material accounting by cycle counting and record keeping
• Reviewing & Inspecting stock, Inventory levels in W/H of Min/Max, Slow Moving, Non Moving, RTO, Damaged FIFO & LIFO etc.
• Proper steps in fulfilling a customer order and Preparation of Dispatch related documents and other communications
• Make Purchase order of the required material according to receipt plan by PPC and give to schedule vendors
• Inventory Control & management.
• Transfer & Posting of material one unit to other units.
• Maintain Minimum and Maximum Materials level in store.
• Work on Non-moving, slow moving and Work on shortages materials
• Review physical inventories periodically
• Work on Quality Rejection Material return to the vendor as per SOP
• Manage the effective reduction of inventory excess and obsolescence, co-ordinate all physicals inventories and necessary corrective action on variance

• Preferred Qualifications: -

1. Computer skill : Good Knowledge in Excel and word
2. Bachelor Degree in Stock Management or any equivalent qualification
Preferred Experience :

• Experience in Minimum 8-10 Years in Store Department in Manufacturing Unit

Benefits: Salary 3 Lakh to 4 Lakh P.A
