Your role

Do you want to help with implementation and automation of new initiatives for SRM and drive with peers for implementation? We are looking for someone who-

will frequently interact and provide support to different risk, integration and TS Sector teams across the globe
contribute to the development/automation , refinement and implementation of the existing processes
automate design & operating effectiveness of controls and processes through appropriate automation tools and & documentation
automate generation and retention of evidence to support adequate and sustainable control execution
cooperate with Control Management Team for continuous monitoring to identify control deficiencies and relevant remediations requirements
ensure that KPCi data is defined and maintained according to Control Management Audit Proof Guidance standards and support Control Owners and SRM Team during Audits
gather, process and analyse data; track and interpret data trends, patterns, anomalies
create documentation and step-by-step instructions
perform clean-up activities on data and align data in multiple systems

Your team

The role is part of Risk Optimization and Reduction Team positioned within the Strategic Risk & Modern Tech with presence in major UBS Delivery Centers across the Globe.

The TS ROa R team is responsible for Automating and Maintaining the variety of Risk Management Controls within the Technology Services, in order to assure that specific Key Procedurals Controls (KPCis) are meeting and sustaining their assigned quality levels effectively. Important responsibility for this team is the automation of identified controls and Business Processes leveraging various industry standards automation tools such as Python, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Alteryx etc and Artificial Intelligence solutions Tools made available by UBS. This job includes understanding the requirements, automating them and handing over the end to end solution to operations team for further execution.
The work is conducted across global IT Operations Delivery teams and Systems, in collaboration with different Stakeholders such as TS IT Infrastructure Management Teams, UBS Risk & Compliance, Internal Auditing and Business IT Divisions.

Your expertise

5+ years experience in Python, DB, any coding language. with good analytical and logical thinking
good to have automation anywhere knowledge
a result-oriented Teammate, with the ability to set priorities and meet commitments
strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across global teams
process oriented person, following every step of the process with a focus on high quality (audit level)
a fast learner of new technologies and open to new challenges
