Technical Lead - PCB Layout

YOUR TASKS

PCB Layout Design Experience of 8 -12 years– preferably using CADENCE toolchain for layout and Candence concept HDL
PCB footprint and Schematic symbol creation- preferably using CADENCE toolchain
Good Knowledge of thermal management, Power integrity, Signal Integrity, EMI/EMC issues.
PCB Layout design for Power Electronics applications, Thermal Dissipation, Heat Sink design at board level.
PCB Layout design for RF and antenna design applications
Manufacturing Experience.
Production Data Generation - Gerber, Stencil, Pick and Place data, In Circuit Test data generation,
PCB Panelization.
Experience in coordination with Suppliers for PCB Manufacturing and assembly.
Knowledge about various soldering processes - e.g. Wave Soldering, SMT Reflow soldering and selective center etc.
Knowledge about Manufacturing Quality checks e.g. ICT, AOI, X-ray etc.
Good Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability, Design for Testability, Design for Assembly
Schematic symbol creation as per IEEE standards
PCB Library creation as per IPC SM-7351.
PCB layout as per IPC 2221. Good to have- Certified Interconnect Designer (CID) by IPC.
Good to have- experience in automotive product organization.
Good to have- manufacturing plant know-how
Good to have- CAD tools know-how for Mechanical Designs- e.g. CATIA, Auto CAD,
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring delegated layout development task in accordance with stipulated methods and systems.
Coordinating with other Domains- Hardware, Mechanical Designing, Manufacturing for timely delivery.
Ensuring timely completion of tasks as a part of Global Development Network.
Carrying out specified reviews for PCB development during the whole layout development process as well as their release according to existing guidelines.
Involvement in processing of customer complaints about series development and production difficulties in agreement with those responsible, e.g. quality assurance, assembly etc.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

BE /B. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics or Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
Job Location - Hinjewadi Phase 1.
