Technical Leader - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineer is responsible for the design, build, unit test, documentation and delivery of assigned stories and tasks. They will participate in scrum ceremonies, own planned tasks and report blockers. In addition, he will perform testing to validate user stories and maintain quality controls and operational outcomes.

Subject Matter Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – across all studios and integration with Salesforce CRM with an understanding of the broader Salesforce and Marketing Technology ecosystem. Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages, landing pages, SQL, and is experienced with data configuration, manipulations, and advance segmentation.
5+ years’ experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with hands on advanced experience in SQL, AMPscript and overall data architecture.
2+ years hands on experience utilizing Distributed Marketing, SFMC/SF Connector, and Interaction Studio experience.
At least 3 Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, preferably SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant and SFMC Developer. SFMC Admin certification and other accreditations are a plus.

- Understanding of marketing ways of working in the B2B Financial Services Industry
- Proactive and self-starting demeanor with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
- Ability to set the right expectations on effort and timelines required to meet business requirements.
