Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with our sales, technical, and project management teams to drive revenue growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Renewals: Lead contract negotiations and manage the renewal process, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their feedback is communicated and used to improve service delivery.
  • Reporting: Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise or mid-sized accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and software development.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present appropriate IT solutions. Experience in upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts, pricing, and renewals.
  • Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to manage client relationships and track performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and project delivery teams.
