Jobdesc :
1. Develop and maintain a database to track purchase orders using Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
2. Create reports and dashboards to analyze purchase order data and provide insights for decision-making.
3. Assist with project management tasks and provide support to various departments as needed
Criteria:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
