Solution & Development:
- Define and provide Solution Architecture of advanced analytics and data scientist in collaboration with related team within IT and Business function.
- Design, develop and implement advanced analytics and data science strategies to support business objectives.
- Drive the evolution of advanced analytics products and tools to enhance insights and efficiency.
- Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert for data Engineering, data scientist, advanced analytics to provide the planning, solutioning, development and delivery.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Maintain documentation of advanced analytics and data scientist processes and development.
- Systematically manage documentation for each data solution and make sure it is up to date and reflects current business rules and definitions.
- Define project timeline and resources plan to execute the solutioning and development.
Advance Analytics and data Scientist:
- Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical models, machine learning, and AI techniques.
- Provide actionable insights on subscriber volumes, sales, churn, and revenue.
- Deliver performance reports and forecasts to executive leadership
- Facilitate access and platforms to company’s and business partners’ data scientists to explore and exploit subscriber data within regulatory compliance.
Application Architecture and design improvement:
- Evaluate current application architectures and designs that demand improvement
- Develop the best practice design and architecture as a target reference architecture for IOH
- Plan for design and architecture improvement towards efficient and effective and ready for digital experiences
Related Experience:
- Experience in ML/AI, Big Data, Datawarehouse, Business Intelligent at least 2 years
- Has delivered ML/AI use cases at least 5 projects.
- Strong experience of managing projects solutioning, development and delivery for telecom operator
- Experience working with AGILE or/and within a structured project management environment.
- Some experience with data monetization, Fintech, campaign and advertising technology
General Skillset:
- Excellent knowledge of IT and Telco system in both business and technical operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Good communication and presentation in English
- Has excellent skills in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Modeling, Big Data, DWH, BI Technology, Advanced Analytics, RT/NRT Analytics, and data scientist.
- Experience with advanced analytics and data scantiest tool using statistical modeling, R, GCP Platform (Vertex AI, Auto ML, Big Query ML, Tensor Flow, Cloud TPUs, AI Platform), Jupyter Notebook, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
- Experience with Big Data and DWH platforms (e.g.: Hadoop, Greenplum, Talend, Data Stage, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Kafka, Flink, Nifi).
- Experience with code development scripting and programming (e.g.: SQL, R, Python, Java, Spark, Scala, etc.)
- Has good skill on Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Integrity, and Data Security
- Has a good skill on IT system design, solution, architecture, development and delivery
- Has a good knowledge of data monetization and fin-tech business.
- Has a good knowledge of Infrastructure area of server, storage, database, cloud & virtualization, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
