Description: Job Overview:
The AVP Platform Enhancement will play a pivotal role in the continuous development and optimization of the Customer Value Management (CVM) platform, overseeing projects for both IM3 and 3ID brands. This position is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to open new channels, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and ensure the platform’s scalability and efficiency. The role will manage high-impact projects, streamline processes, and deliver solutions that align with the overall business strategy, ultimately driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Enhancement & Optimization:
  • Lead the design and enhancement of CVM platforms to support both IM3 and 3ID brands.
  • Ensure that the platform is scalable, efficient, and capable of supporting multi-channel customer engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to implement new features and optimize existing functionalities.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for platform enhancement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, product, and external partners, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Prioritize projects that drive business objectives and customer engagement.
• Channel Development:
  • Identify and open new customer engagement channels (such as Whats App, SMS, in-app messaging) to enhance brand interaction and value for both IM3 and 3ID customers.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new channels into the existing CVM platform.
  • Analyze the performance of new channels and optimize for better results.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of both brands.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors for technology integration, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Establish metrics for evaluating platform and channel performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of platform enhancements and new channel integrations.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in customer engagement platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new tools and techniques, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in platform management, project management, or related roles, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies and platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale projects across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
