Job Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, take complicated problems, and build simple frameworks
- Analyzing data, such as budget, sales, result, and forecast
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Gathering insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved
- Creating an information architecture for a data set and ensuring it is easily accessible and understandable for everyone
- Conduct presentations to share ideas and findings
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Doing in depth analysis and giving recommended solution toward not limited to business proposal, budget, sales, results and forecast from business units under Tempo Group from both primary and secondary data source
- Translate the decision made from key decision makers to respective stakeholders to ensure the same understanding for respective stakeholders during execution
- Follow up and coordinate the execution of the decision made by the key decision makers to ensure it has been executed as planned
- Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year relevant work/internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude
- Good standard of written English and communication
