As a Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client acquisition process, from onboarding through activation.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our products, services, and processes, staying current with industry trends.
• Drive business-centric and customer-centric initiatives to improve the client and merchant experience and increase transaction volume.
• Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders to optimize results and support client success.
• Conduct outreach by crafting and sending compelling emails, as well as making cold and warm phone calls to prospective clients to set up introductory meetings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, calls, demos, and closing sales.
• Experiment with different outreach intervals and messaging to refine and identify effective strategies.
• Log, track, and maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Comfortable and confident in engaging with mid-level and senior executives.
• Ability to communicate solutions and value propositions clearly to both IT and business decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of the market landscape; market knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient at simplifying complex ideas and products for prospective clients.
• Deep knowledge of the company’s products and value propositions.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, as many target clients are multinational enterprises.
• Positive, proactive attitude, resilience in the face of challenges, and an openness to constructive feedback.
