We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive - Jakarta to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

What you'll do:

• To drive agents penetration in the assigned territory and meet Individual target (number of agents and sales value IDR)

• Create a target list for each day & weekly & monthly

• Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on signing up prospects to become Rumah123.com subscribers

• Visiting new clients to do presentation and pushing sales number

• Follow up clients through call and chat everyday

• Building good professional relationship with Principal, admin, and agents from clients office regional area

What you should have:

• Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including canvassing, cold calls)

• Have previous experience in sales for handling B2C and B2B accounts would be an advantage

• Have a good sales track record of achieving sales target

• Familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Meet) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
