Business Development Manager

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the training sector, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and work closely with internal teams to expand Ares Overseas' footprint in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities in the training industry, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales and meet revenue targets by promoting Ares Overseas' training services to key stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with the company’s goals.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the Training Industry. Experience in the Oil & Gas training sector is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Language: Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is required.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary Range:
Starting from IDR 12,500,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
Immediate Joining:
