RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented according to the menu and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of cooking equipment.
• Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including notifying the chef or supervisor of low stock levels.
• Be willing to assist with various tasks in the kitchen as needed, including food prep, dishwashing, and cleaning.
