We are looking for Customer Success Manager to join our Business team in Jakarta.

We are looking for Customer Success Manager to join our Business team in Jakarta.
Responsibility:
- Maintain positive relationship with key clients
- Providing pre-consultation (Demo) to prospective client in relation to the potential clients.
- Assist clients in the onboarding process and provide ongoing training and support
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients
- Address clients’ concerns promptly and effectively, working closely with the backend team to resolve issues
- Gather client’s feedback and insights for product improvement and development
- Proactively engage with clients to secure renewals and reduce churn rates
- Maintain accurate documentation & records related to project
- Generate regular reports based on Customer Success metrics and KPIs
- Min. 3 years experiences in Customer Success or Account Management in Saa S
- Min. Bachelor Degree or related field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Business Level)
- Able to operate CRM Software
- Strong Analytical & Problem Solving
- Excellent Relationship with Clients
- Presentation & Negotiation Skills
