The ideal candidate must make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of an innovative, eco-focused, luxury hotel brand, someone creative, proactive and dynamic, who can work independently, in a fast-paced setting and who is knowledgeable and responsible.
Requirements:

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, (or similar courses/qualifications).
• Min. three years experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Native or bilingual/ proficient
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainability with a genuine interest in promoting eco-friendly products and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality content for digital campaigns.
• Optimise website content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Plan and execute a content strategy that aligns with marketing goals, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor and analyse content performance to refine and improve future strategies.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Analyse social media metrics to adjust strategies for better engagement and brand awareness.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email sequences.
• Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Manage and optimise the use of CRM tools for better customer segmentation and targeting.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
