Job Description:
- Manage and record the company's daily financial transactions (receipts and expenditures).
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and verify bank statements with internal records.
- Handle company tax administration, such as withholding tax, VAT, or other relevant taxes (PPh 21, PPN, etc).
- Develop and monitor budgets, identifying variances between budget and actual.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and billing.
- Analyze profitability and performance metrics for individual courses or programs, providing insights for revenue optimization and cost control.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a GPA of 3.50/4.00.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with tax regulations, including withholding tax and VAT.
