Operations Management

• Oversee and manage front-of-house service, ensuring adherence to restaurant and bar operation policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
• Supervise back-of-house operations and coordinate with the Head Chef.
• Ensure that food and beverage selections meet quality standards in terms of presentation and consistency.
• Manage inventory levels for all consumables and perishables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Staff Management

• Train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and other team members.
• Establish performance standards and provide feedback and coaching to enhance staff performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while avoiding overstaffing during slower periods.

Financial Management

• Implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and manage revenues and costs related to food and beverage, and suggest cost-saving measures as needed.

Marketing and Promotion

• Prepare, develop, and report on marketing plans according to current and forecasted budgets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to attract guests and boost business.

Guest Experience

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews to continuously improve the dining experience.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
