Job Descriptions:
- Oversee and manage the company's assets, including tracking, maintenance, and optimization; Develop and implement strategies for efficient assets management; Conduct regular audits and inspections of assets
- Ensure all company facilities are maintained to standards and meet operational requirements; Coordinate with various departments to address facility needs and resolve issue promptly; Manage budget related facility maintenance and improvements.
- Oversee and coordinate security operations, Manage and schedule drivers for company transportations needs, Supervise cleaning staff and gardener and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Manage procurement processes for company needs, including office supplies and equipment.
- Handle document related to occupational health and safety (K3), Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan and expatriate documents.
- Manage reservation for tickets, hotels, cars, and other travel arrangements
- Oversee company insurance and manage claims
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Requirement:
- Male/Female max 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management
- Having experience min 3 years as GA supervisor (manufacture background welcome)
- Good knowledge facility management and safety & management
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Good Ms. Office skill (Excel, Power Point, & Word)
- Strong cooperation & communication skills, detail orientation, and negotiation abilities.
