The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including project management, business development, client relations, and team leadership with a strong background in interior design and architecture, as well as exceptional management and business development skills.
Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably in the interior design, architectural, or sourcing industry.
• Strong understanding of the interior design and architecture business, including design concepts, project management, and industry trends.
• Previous experience within a consulting environment and/or architectural company.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of successful team leadership.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creativity and design.
