Job Description: Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create new dishes for the menu, ensuring creativity and innovation while maintaining consistency in quality.
- Manage food costing and budgeting to maximize profitability, ensuring portion control and ingredient usage is efficient.
- Ensure all dishes are presented according to the restaurant’s standards, with an emphasis on visual appeal and quality.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Monitor kitchen inventory levels, place orders, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and harmonious kitchen operations.
- Use Microsoft Word for document preparation and Excel for inventory tracking, cost calculations, and reporting.
- Capable of preparing and overseeing all types of dishes, ensuring consistency and culinary excellence across the entire menu.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for kitchen-related documentation and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.

- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
