• Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
  
• Participate in market MT and drive strategy development and financially sound business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modeling and portfolio management.
  
• Ensure correct and timely statutory and fiscal reporting.
  
• Ensure strong and efficient internal control environment.
  
• Execute Business/ Market strategy.
  
• Manage the financial planning processes for the market (AOP & Ro Fo).
  
• Drive financial performance (P&L resp., Mkt. share, growth & profitability, cash flow & working capital).
  
• Ensure divestments / investments and M&A transactions in the country/market, including disentanglement / integration.
  
• Ensure efficient infrastructure and processes are in place (Acc Ops, Acc Ops Supply Chain, PGP, Real Estate / Facilities etc.).
  
• Manage and develop the finance organization.
  
• To drive and grow business value, to set and achieve financial and strategic targets and to participate in BG/Functions/PGI MT to ensure financially sound decision making.
  
• To own and manage the strategic & operational (business/financial) planning process and performance management with the relevant organization and drive for the delivery of the committed results.
  
• To ensure appropriate business action & response to changes in financial results, customer preferences and external factors.
  
• To drive functional cost levels towards benchmark levels.
  

• Balanced financial experience, including FP&A, A&IC, and prior business decision support; knowledge of FCPA, GBP.
  
• Progressive experience in business and staff management roles.
  
• Strong business orientation – ability to understand and explain business results and translate into financial consequences.
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to represent the company in front of customers & industry organizations.
  
• Experience in managing district (country) and business will be an advantage.
  
• Experience in managing a small team.
  
• Experience in ensuring compliances is in place (regulatory & business practices).
  
• Typically requires a minimum of 12-15 years.
