Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment process.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support professional development.
• Assist in payroll management and benefits administration.
• Manage HR administration tasks including employee data management, compliance reporting, and documentation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience as an HR professional in the education sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preference for candidates who reside in or are willing to relocate to the Tangerang Selatan area.
