The Role:
As a Talent Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing email and SMS communications with clients and talent.
Assisting in building and maintaining portals and online systems.
Supporting talent applications, onboarding, and scheduling.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all tasks are completed with high attention to detail.
Collaborating with the Australian and Bali teams to deliver outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English (spoken and written) – Professional communication is essential.
Tech-savvy with experience in email, SMS platforms, and online tools.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Hardworking and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
A team player who can also work independently when needed.
Based in Bali and able to work from our Canggu office at least 1–2 days per week.
